Located well in Haymarket, it is a short walk to get to Princes Street. Our rooms vary starting with shared dormitory style and ending up with chic looking private rooms.

This location is great for all visitors. So how do I give you an idea of the tone in Haymarket? Well, situated in the area is the Turkish Embassy, Consulate General of Japan, Consulate General of The Russian Federation, a War memorial. Haymarket local train station and numerous great pubs, restaurants and cafes. Sounds nice doesn't it?

It is quick to get to Princes Street itself from us and a still shorter walk to the tram stop at West End Princes Street. This 1 billion pound tram system, which started working in 2010, can take you strait to the International airport.

Rooms here are of many different types. We have inexpensive bunks available in our dorms. We also have 4 sleeper family rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy. Lastly and most comfortable we have the twin and doubles on offer.

The shopping and cafes of Haymarket are all on your doorstep. Starting no more than 5 minutes walk South of us and all around the area. You could not find better value than this in this area we are certain.

To find us from Waverly station takes a bit of doing but if you follow these directions you will get here in 25 minutes walking. Come out of Waverly station and follow the signs to Princes Street. Walk the entire length of Princes Street with the Princes Street Gardens on your left. Take in the sights as you go. However watch out for all the busy shoppers!

At the very West end go across Rutland place keeping in a strait line onto Lothian Road. The road will quickly turns into Shandwick Place. Now it is quite a walk along this road until you reach a green that is surrounded by an oval of road. Cross over the green going passed the tram stop called West End Princes Street.

Across the other side of the oval green go strait out along Atholl Place. Take the second turning on your left into Palmerston Place. We are a short walk up here on the right hand side.
