Good stuff: Clean, friendly and inexpensive
Bad stuff: Can't think of a thing
Overall: The hotel was all things that a good hotel should be! The generally youthful staff did a very good job in making our stay a happy experience. We particularly liked the fact that in our stays at BOTH of the Thistle Hotels, in Edinburgh and in Exeter, The generally young staff seemed to come from many different countries, they were not too professional, and seemed to go out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. We will ALLWAYS try to stay at Thistles in the future. Thank you, and them!

Bad stuff: maids knocking at door early in morning and making noise in hall.view from window was terrible
Overall: i think breakfast should be included in price,should be offered choice of view

Bad stuff: The Boston Bar didn't feel it was as nice as the rest of the hotel
