Good stuff: It was spacious and clean.

Overall: Although the staff were excellent and very helpful, we found a few things disappointing about the hotel itself. Firstly, there was no parking which meant that we either had to feed the meter or park our car away from the hotel in a side street. The decoration throughout the hotel was quite shabby, especially our bathroom! The other factor which put a damper on our stay was the fact that our bedroom was situated beside the fire exit which was also used to get downstairs. This meant that on the first morning we were woken at 7am by the doors constantly banging - so much for a long awaited lie-in!!
