Good stuff: everything!
Overall: the hotel was fabulous; cool, sophisticated, comfortable and extremely relaxing. We had such a brilliant weekend! We dined at the Brasserie restaurant at the hotel and enjoyed every second of it! The staff were extremely friendly and check in/out were swift affairs without hassle. Leith is undergoing redevelopment but we had no disruptions at all. Have already recommended the Malmaison at Leith, and the Malmaison chain to many many friends!

Good stuff: I really liked your hotel style, modern but cozy. I appreciated the free high speed internet service.
Bad stuff: The hotel was going through renovation, I wished we could have had a room on the other side of the building. There was a leak from the ceiling in the bar one night right over our table, the staff could have offered us a free drink on the process. One of the restaurant staff was a bit shaky (she did not know the difference between mimosa and bloody mary). Finally, the check out process was a bit slow. There was only one person in charge of checking out customers.

Good stuff: The hotel was stylish with good quality furniture. The shower.
Bad stuff: The view from the room wasn't great, however, irrelevant.
Overall: i would have liked to have had a road map of the area and motorway links e-mailed to me as i was driving. we had a lovely stay in general however one thing let it down somewhat, the breakfast! £25.50 was daylight robbery for what we got. Tasted good but it would've left a midge hungry! i would rather have paid half the price and paid seperately for coffe and juice. A minor blemmish on a great weekend!
