Guests Name: Dawn  Guest was travelling as: Group of adult friends

Good stuff: Lovely big room for three adults sharing.

Overall: Time zones ie between 3.00pm and 5.00 pm instead of early or late afternoon - not everyone has the same view of early or late.

Guests Name: Anonymous  Guest was travelling as: Family with young children

Good stuff: The owners were very friendly, the room was an extremely good size and the breakfasts were excellent.

Bad stuff: The room smelt of what I assume was smoke when we first arrived. If possible the hotel should offer no smoking rooms for guests.

Overall: The hotel was too far from town for us and there were no real facilities in the immediate area. Having two young children, this made our stay quite stressful, as we were unable to 'pop back' to the hotel during the day to give them a break. It would therefore have been useful to know more about the area where the hotel was situated before deciding to book. People with young children should consider whether they need to have a car with them if they stay at this hotel. It should be noted however, that if you don't need to return to the hotel during the day, the bus service to the town centre is excellent (even on Sundays!).
