Good stuff: Very good location, good sized room and good facilities in the room.
Bad stuff: Double glazing to rooms facing Frederick Street as it is extremely noisy.
Overall: If I had known that the rooms facing Frederick Street were so noisy I would have requested a different room.

Overall: general review is very positive.It was quiet, comfortable (bed), clean, breakfast was excellent but would be great to have the chance to ask for a bigger breakfast.

Bad stuff: breakfast at Rick's not satisfactory. old stains on towel, noisy extractor fans outside at night.
Overall: On the whole this hotel was quite satisfactory. Quite a pleasant stay.
