Dunstane House is situated close to Edinburgh Castle in the west end of Edinburgh and the city centre.
A quaint and traditional hotel, Dunstane still has a full range of modern facilities to all our guests. With our award winning sea food restaurant in the house, you can relax and dine at your leisure to the true flavour of Scotland. After your repast why not try our whiskey bar which stocks one of the best selections of Scottish whiskeys in the country.
With 16 individually and tastefully decorated rooms your comfort while you stay is our pleasure.
The building of Dunstane House took place in the year 1852. Its architect was one Mr William Henry Plaiyfair who played a major role in Edinburgh being give the title the Athens of the North. We have striven to leave the character of the building intact to make for a truly relaxing atmosphere when you stay with us.
