Good stuff: Great breakfast, clean and reasonably comfortable bed
Bad stuff: Impossible to change, but the room we stayed in was really tiny. The decor was very outdated but in reasonable order.

Overall: Great location and very friendly management and staff. Breakfast was good with plenty of food and variety available.

Good stuff: Frienly welcome and assistance with location of car parking nearby.
Bad stuff: The bed was comfortable but nearing the end of its life? - I had a bad back at the time!
Overall: This guest house is near the city centre - prior knowledge of car parking and exact location would be useful. Overall it is an excellent place to stay - I felt very welcome and was well fed! The room had all the facilities I needed.
