Bad stuff: Towel in bathroom had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke on it- so much so that we couldnt use it. This was reported to receptionist who apologised to us. Overall: Would stay at The barcelo again. |

Overall: The hotel was very conveniently located in the middle of town. The food was excellent, plenty of choice and good value for money. Wines were overpriced. |

Bad stuff: The rooms are run down and need an over haul...Bathtub stopped up and leaking...you really should get air conditioning for a four star hotel...curtain holders were falling off the wall..jacuzzi was broken...etc., etc. Overall: Really great because of your workers. But you should realy include breakfast for the price guests pay |

Overall: Overall a nice hotel in an excellent location. The room was good, although the window wouldn't open properly and we had to get the hairdryer fixed. The fire alarm went off on Saturday evening, didn't think the situation was handled very well. |
