This Guests Rating Bar for 1.86

Rating of 1.86 out of 5  Unique ID (107614703)

Guests Name: Mary  Guest was travelling as: Same sex couple

Bad stuff: There was mold growing up the walls in the bathroom. The comforter was dirty. My sister and I slept with our clothes on as we felt so unsafe there. There was not outside lighting. I also stay at the Mount Royal Ramada (you deleted the form the date after my trip return, so am adding that to this). The beds felt like sleeping on rocks and the springs would "boing" when rolling over. The sheer drapes were dirty and stained, there was mold in the bathtub, and if you did not go to breakfast soon after it opened, it was cool.

Overall: I would not use "Active Hotels" again, nor would I refer anyone to use your hotels. Not a pleasant experience. People were OK, but facilities were bad.

Good stuff: Walking distance to the train station. friendly staff.

Bad stuff: They were having difficulties with the phone service.

Overall: Generally it was ok for a one or two night stay. Not very fancy and it is definitely an older hotel that has not really been upgraded. Staff was very helpful and plesant.
