Good stuff: The accomodation had a well stocked bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were helpful.
Bad stuff: The window in my bedroom did not close and this allowed all the traffic noise to be heard from 6am onwards making it impossible to sleep.

Good stuff: Good size, clean room,friendly staff and good service.
Bad stuff: Lack of parking
Overall: A good city centre hotel. Pleasant staff who are very helpful. The room was large and well equiped. Alack of parking, but the staff ensured that the nearest car park was clearly pointed out and this was also explaauned when booking. First time I have stayed here since being born, there when it was a hospital!!

Good stuff: Restaurant waiter Rajeesh was especially attentive and efficient.
Overall: Room had refrigerator. Hotel had lift. Close to bus stop. Desk staff was helpful, friendly and courteous.
