Bad stuff: no actual dislikes but bottled drinking water would have been appreciated, as would a mini bar which I would of expected in a superior room. Overall: The hotel was as I expected, I have visited a lot of hotels in Britain & Europe. mostly work related. the location suited my visit and Ifound no real reason to complain. The staff were very helpful with my questions on local transport and attractions. |

I know for a fact that next year we will be using this as our base of operations in touring Edinburgh and the surounding area. Bad stuff: Don't change a thing!!! Overall: The location to the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. It was only a short 10 min drive to the Royal Mile. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wether you're in town for one night or seven nights I recommend this as THE place to stay |
 Rating of 5.0 out of 5 Unique ID (2149342) Good stuff: room and bathroom sizes Overall: all aspects of the stay at this hotel were excellent from the check in staff with readily available knowledge of an excellent breakfast to the time of booking out. Access to the city itself was easily achieved with the very good help of the taxi service. Unfortunately due to time pressure the leisure facilities had to be missed but we will hopefully be back again for the festival and would readily use this hotel again. |
