Good stuff: The location was perfect. The size of the room & bathroom was very generous. The breakfast was superb.

Bad stuff: The reception being combined with the bar although this was of little importance.

Overall: My wife and I were pleased with our choice of hotel. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. There could not be a hotel better placed from where it is easy to access both Edinburgh's New and Old Towns on foot.
